Processing and Shipping of Orders |
All orders will be processed within 24-72 hours after the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday/Tuesday and shipped out at the latest Tuesday/Wednesday. Processing and shipping is does not take place on holidays. |

Sales Tax |
We are required to collect 8.625% sales tax on orders shipped in the state of New York. |

Product Warranties |
New products come with a manufacturer's warranty. No other warranties are expressed or implied. For warranty service you must contact the manufacturer's authorized warranty service station closest to you. This information is available either with the product shipped or directly from the manufacturer. |

Returns |

Return Request Form |
You can request a return authorization via our online form within the first 30 days from the date of purchase. Authorized returns are for a store credit, which are valid for one year. Click here to request a return form. |

Shortages |
Mr. Vac and Mrs. Sew is not responsible for any shortages in shipments not reported to us in 7 days. Shortages in shipments must be reported within 7 days of receiving items. |
